Published Apr 28, 2020We all laughed at him when he first revealed his plans, but pop-punk UFO researcher Tom DeLonge has spent the last few years being constantly vindicated for his decision to quit Blink-182 and start a space-tech entertainment company called To the Stars. Last year, the US Navy confirmed DeLonge's UFO footage was real, and now it's been endorsed by the Pentagon.
Yesterday (April 27), the Pentagon officially released three videos of "unidentified" flying objects. The videos were taken with infrared cameras, once in 2004 and twice more in 2015.
In a statement, the Department of Defense explained that "after a thorough review, the department has determined that the authorized release of these unclassified videos does not reveal any sensitive capabilities or systems."
Further, the official release of the videos is intended to confirm that they're real.
"DOD is releasing the videos in order to clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos," the Pentagon said.
Yes, Tom DeLonge was right. And what's even more surprising, the new Angels & Airwaves songs are really good.
